| Basic principle of flotation machine |
The selector is driven by the motor's triangular belt to rotate the impeller, generating centrifugal action to form a negative pressure. On the one hand, sufficient air is inhaled to mix with the pulp, and on the other hand, the pulp is stirred to mix with the drug. At the same time, the foam is refined, so that the mineral bonding foam floats to the pulp surface and then forms mineralized foam. Adjust the height of the gate and control the liquid surface, so that the useful foam is scraped out by the scraper.
After the slime and the agent are fully mixed, they are fed into the bottom of the tank of the flotation machine. After the impeller rotates, a negative pressure is formed in the wheel cavity, so that the pulp under the tank and in the tank enter the mixing area through the lower suction port and the upper suction port of the impeller respectively. It also allows the air to enter the mixing area along the air guide sleeve, where the pulp, air and the agent are mixed.
Under the action of the centrifugal force of the impeller, the mixed pulp enters the mineralized area, and the air bubbles are formed and pulverized, and the coal particles are fully contacted to form mineralized bubbles. Under the action of the stator and the turbulent plate, they are evenly distributed in the cross section of the tank, and move up into the separation area to enrich and form a foam layer, which is discharged by the foaming mechanism to form clean coal foam.
The sorting swivel rotates slowly. When the sorting chamber enters the floating field area, the selected materials are given to 6 sorting points through the pulp distributor, and the weakly magnetic ore particles are sucked on the tooth plate and rotated with the sorting ring. Under the action of gravity and pulp flow, the non-magnetic ore particles pass through the gap of the tooth plate and are discharged into the tailings tank at the lower part of the sorting ring. When the sorting chamber is transferred to the cleaning position of the middle ore, a small amount of cleaning water is fed to wash the inclusion gangue, intergrowth and slime into the tailings tank (the machine is not equipped with a middle ore tank) to achieve the purpose of improving the quality of the concentrate. When the sorting chamber is turned to a position with a weak magnetic field (concentrate flushing area), pressure water is sprayed to flush the weakly magnetic ore particles absorbed on the tooth plate into the concentrate tank. Then the sorting chamber is turned to another magnetic field with opposite polarity. The sorting ring rotates once, and each sorting chamber repeats this 6 times. |
