I. Overview

The double-bucket diaphragm jig is divided into two types: left-hand machine and right-hand jig surface. This jig is a fixed sieve. It is suitable for the separation of metal ores, such as tungsten-containing, gold-containing placer, selected tin ore, etc. It can be used for the separation of fine-grained materials and coarse materials. The maximum feeding particle size is 6-8mm, but in the individual cases of the separation of placer, the larger particle size is 12mm.

The structure of the LTS300 × 450 double-bucket diaphragm jig is composed of: the fuselage, the transmission device, the water separator, the diaphragm and the live plug, etc. The body has two large and small hoppers, and each diaphragm bucket is divided into two parts: the jig area and the diaphragm area with a baffle that does not go to the bottom. The jig process is carried out by the agitation of the medium (water) caused by the reciprocating motion of the rubber diaphragm up and down. The motor drives the large leather wheel to rotate through the triangular belt, so that the connecting rod on the eccentric shaft moves up and down, and the rocker arm connected to this connecting rod also moves up and down. According to the particle size of the ore to be treated, the stroke of the connecting rod can be changed and different strokes can be selected to obtain a better jigging effect. The method of changing the stroke is to replace the small pulley, which can have two strokes: 322 strokes/minute; 420 strokes/minute. The stroke selection method is to loosen the set screw and nut, pull out the positioning pin, and rotate the relative position between the eccentric adjustment sleeve and the eccentric shaft, which can have 11 different strokes (0-25.3 mm).
Since a sieve is added to the top of the working sieve, the jig can be used to handle materials with uneven particle size. (Note: This sieve may not be supplied according to the order requirements) After the selected raw ore is sent into the jigging chamber, due to the agitation of the diaphragm, the ore particles are stratified according to the specific gravity in the medium; the fine and heavy ore particles pass through the gaps and sieve holes of the artificial bed particles, and settle in the reservoir of the jigging bucket. The coarse and light ore particles (minerals) in the upper layer are rushed by the medium flow to the discharge port at the end of the sieve. Since the position of the rear jigging chamber is 50mm lower than that of the front jigging chamber, the light ore particles overflow through the tail plate of the front chamber and enter the rear chamber, and are jigged again The position of the tail plate can be adjusted according to the need to control the amount of ore discharge. The concentrate in the storage bucket is regularly discharged from the discharge pipe.
