GP Series Disc Vacuum Filter

The disc vacuum filter is composed of tank body, filter shaft, main drive, filter disc, distribution valve, agitator, discharge device, filter cloth flushing, centralized lubrication system and electronic control system. The machine has the following characteristics:

1. The filter spindle adopts an assembled hollow shaft, and 20 filtrate tubes are evenly installed on the outer circumference of the spindle to increase the flow area of the filtrate tube and facilitate maintenance and replacement.

2. This machine has a large degree of immersion in the disc, which improves the degree of vacuum during filtration. It is a domestic deep-tank vacuum filter.

3. The machine does not have a back-blowing device, but adopts a scraper-type forced unloading mechanism with good guiding performance, with a cake removal rate of more than 95%, saving investment in back-blowing auxiliary equipment and power consumption, and reducing back-blowing noise.

4. A small-volume filter fan with an angle of 18 ° is adopted, resulting in a stable vacuum during filtration and low moisture content in the filter cake.

5. The main drive uses a continuously variable speed (AC speed motor or frequency converter), which is adjusted according to the concentration and flow rate of the material to achieve the desired working effect.

6. The friction plate is made of wear-resistant material boron cast iron, which is well sealed with rigidity and flexibility, and the service life is increased by more than 10 times.

7. Multi-point dry oil pump centralized automatic lubrication.

8. The distribution valve is equipped with an independent filter cake area, a cake forming area, and a drying area, allowing the filter cake moisture to be lower than that of an ordinary filter through a strong vacuum.

9. Equipped with a filter cloth cleaning device to maintain its good air permeability and improve the service life of the filter cloth.
